Why is prepayment required?

Because your appointment is reserved exclusively for you — and that slot belongs to no one else once you book it. Prepayment is how we protect your time and ours. We don't double-book, we don't overrun, and we don't keep you waiting. That's the standard. Your time is respected because ours is too.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens — we get it. Cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment and we'll apply your payment as a full credit toward your next booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. This policy protects the integrity of every client's appointment on the books.

What's included in every appointment?

Every appointment begins with a full consultation before any work starts. You'll receive precision execution of your chosen service and a hot towel finish. No rush. No assumptions. You leave looking exactly how you walked in wanting to look — or better.

First time — what should I expect?

New clients receive a thorough style consultation before we begin. Bring reference photos if you have them — we'll build something that works with your hair type, face structure, and lifestyle. First appointments typically run 5–10 minutes longer to make sure we get it exactly right.

How do I book my appointment?
